Daily One-Card Pull

When to use it

Use this when you want a daily journaling prompt. Pull in the morning, sit with the image, write 2-3 sentences in response. Skip on days when you can't give it real attention — a daily pull only works if you actually look at it.

Three-Card Spread (Past / Present / Future)

A specific question with a clear timeline. The most common spread for first-time readers.

Use for relationship, career, or life-decision questions where you want a quick read on direction. The Future card is best read as 'what's likely if I keep doing what I'm doing' — not as fixed prediction.

Three-Card Spread (Mind / Body / Spirit)

Yes / No Spread

A binary decision you've been chewing on. One card pulls a verdict + a reason.

When to use it

Use sparingly. A Yes/No pull is a tiebreaker, not a substitute for thinking. Best on questions you've already weighed for hours and just need a nudge to commit one way.

When to use it

Use when a 3-card feels too thin but Celtic Cross feels overwhelming. Especially good for relationship or career situations with multiple stakeholders. Takes 20-30 minutes to sit with properly.

Celtic Cross

Deep, multi-layered analysis of a single major situation. The most famous and most-misused tarot spread.

  6. 6. Near futureThe next 2-4 weeks. What's coming if current trajectory holds.
